KVUE and Keye report on Citizens Against Forced Withdrawals protesting the “No Refusal” weekend and the Federal program to make it permanent:

KVUE: Austin police say any suspected drunk driver who refuses a breathalyzer in Downtown Austin will have their blood drawn instead. The new “no refusal” program has begun. KVUE’s Mari Alvarez says the new policy is bringing posiitve change.
